The clubhouse is available for rent to any Notting Hill homeowner who is current in their dues. Per fire code, the clubhouse holds a maximum of 45 people. The rental fee is $350 plus a refundable $350 security/cleaning deposit. Please contact Cathy Stich @ [email protected] to check availability.
