The clubhouse is available for rent to any Notting Hill homeowner who is current in their dues. The rental fee is $350 plus a refundable $350 security/cleaning deposit. Both checks will be cashed and the cleaning deposit will be refunded following the inspection after your event. Please contact Cathy Stich @ nhhoavicepres@gmail.com to check availability. Do not make payment until rental agreement has been completed and rental date has been confirmed with a board member.
Clubhouse hours are 11am – 11pm.
Per fire code, the clubhouse holds a maximum of 45 people.
